We ship all of our orders in a plain white box with only their necessary shipping labels and customs declarations forms attached.

There are no Logo’s or Name of our company visible on the exterior of the package. GM is our used placeholder for the name of sender. We use HS Code 39264000 Plastic Statuette’s (Silicone) for our product’s description.

We prefer Paypal, and most major cards are accepted.

You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order once you have exited the checkout. Then we will begin to package your Order after 24hrs and Ship within 48 unless otherwise instructed.
Custom Orders take 1-4 days to prepare. You will be contacted to clarify any detailing issues or concerns prior to this. They usually ship within a week depending on our current workload. We do apologize for any lengthy delay.If you do need to urgently contact us.

Depending on the receiving courier in your specific country, the tracking may not be updated. 

We ship all of your packages out in very descreet white boxes. There is no visible branding for Gorilla Machine. We use ‘GM’ as the name on the package along with your Order number as reference. Our ecommerce boxes open from a front lifting flap that has a visible cut-out. Remove the tapped seal along the front and side edges of the cardboard.
