We ship all of our orders in a plain white box with only their necessary shipping labels and customs declarations forms attached.

There are no logo’s of our company visible and we use HS Code 39264000 Plastic Statuette’s (Silicone) for our product’s description.

We ship to most countries unless detailed in the checkout. Please use the checkout to calculate your shipping costs specific to your area.

We prefer Paypal, but we also use STRIPE as a payment processor. All major cards are accepted. We are looking into Klarna as of (OCT 2022) as a possible addition to our accepted payment methods.
(PORTUGAL:  We have MULTIBANCO (MB) as an accepted payment method!
Multibanco Orders will sit on hold until the payment is made. If payments are not made within 48 Hrs the orders will be canceled.)

You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order once you have exited the checkout. Then we will begin to package your Order after 24hrs and Ship within 48 unless otherwise instructed.

Custom Orders take 1-4 days to prepare. You will be contacted to clarify any detailing issues or concerns prior to this.
They usually ship within a week depending on our current workload. We do apologize for any lengthy delay.
